Visit Lands’ End during your Holiday in Cornwall
Spend your camping or caravan holiday at Perran Springs Holiday Park and visit Lands’ End. Designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the mainland Britain’s most westerly point. On a clear day the view is breathtaking and it is possible to see both the Longships and Wolf lighthouses and across the sea towards the Isles of Scilly, which lay 28 miles west of the 200ft high cliffs. Land’s End now incudes exhibition halls, play areas, a suspension bridge and an audiovisual display entitled The Last Labyrinth which is popular with visitors.
The coastline surrounding Land’s End is striking and rugged and boats magnificent coastal walks to Sennen Cove, which has a small village and beach frequented by local surfers. To the south east lies the Minack Theatre, an open air theatre built into the cliff-face by Rowena Cade, where pays can be enjoyed with the impressive backdrop of the sea.
Information on events and activities around the Lands’ End area can be obtained from the information area in Reception.
