Seasonal Touring Caravan Pitches – at Perran Springs Holiday Park
Seasonal pitches are ideal if you like the convenience of being able to get away for holidays and short breaks without the worry of towing your caravan each time you visit, or needing to pre-book your pitch.
A Seasonal Pitch is an annual long term commitment and it is important that you make sure that our park is the right choice for you. Therefore, Perran Springs will only agree to offer Seasonal Pitches to people who have stayed on our park before or have visited us in person. When choosing a pitch, you will be offered a choice of the Seasonal Pitches currently available, and have the opportunity to view the park facilities and fishing lakes. When you have chosen a pitch you will have first refusal on keeping that pitch if you decide to take a Seasonal Pitch the following year. The 2011 Seasonal Pitch Fee is £1100. The 2011 Season runs from 12 noon Friday 27th May to 10am Saturday 17th September. The Seasonal Pitch has a maximum use of 100 nights per season, with a maximum of 21 consecutive nights at a time. We do not offer any winter storage at Perran Springs. Please note that we are strictly a no pet park.
The Seasonal Pitch is a hardstanding with 16amp electric hook-up for your touring caravan (max. 25ft length and max. 10 years old), (no Continental, Hobby or Weippert Caravans are permitted) and one awning only. The awning must be taken down and stored inside your caravan between each visit.
The Seasonal Pitch Fee strictly only includes the adult caravan owner named on this agreement, their spouse (husband/wife/partner) and up to three of their own dependant children (aged 15 and under only). All persons must be named on this agreement.
The Seasonal Pitch Fee strictly only includes the persons listed above. Other family members or close friends are permitted to use your caravan on the pitch, but they must each pay the prevailing nightly rates (each person / car / pup tent / pet) as listed in our current prices. Family and close friends must pre-book via the park’s booking form with payment of the deposit and booking fee and then pay the full balance on arrival. No sub-letting of the caravan is permitted.
You are entitled to station the Caravan on the Park for the Season and to occupy the Caravan for holiday / recreational purposes only. Seasonal Pitches cannot be used as a base for any work/school journeys or for any work, commercial or charitable purpose.
The Seasonal Pitch Fee does not include any fishing permit(s). If you decide to fish, each angler must purchase the relevant permit(s) on arrival at the park for each holiday/visit.
