Coronavirus Update – Monday 11th May
As you may have seen last night (Sunday 10th May), the Prime Minister Boris Johnson gave the updated guidelines regarding Coronavirus. The Government has also (today) released their document – COVID-19 Recovery Strategy.
This states that the very earliest date hospitality businesses will be able to operate is Saturday 4th July. Therefore, to keep everyone safe we will be remaining closed until at least that date.
We are sorry for the disappointment caused to any guest who had a holiday booked with us over the Whitsun Week or at any point in June / early July. Please do not be concerned, we will be following the steps below.
Guests who booked direct through our website www.perransprings.co.uk:
For all holidays affected: arrival dates from 22nd May to 4th July. We will be contacting each guest via email and making a refund of any payment made. We will be working through all the holidays in arrival date order. We will start with the first arrival date of 22nd May and move on from there.
For any other guest who has booked through a third party website the following will apply:
For all holidays affected: arrival dates from 22nd May to 4th July. When booking through a third party website, you have made your initial deposit payment to them (we never receive that part of your holiday payment). You will need to contact them regarding the deposit. If you have already paid the remaining holiday balance payment to us, then we will refund that balance payment back to you. We will start with the first arrival date of 22nd May and move on from there.
We will be working from now and throughout June to make all these refunds. Please bear in mind that due to the large number of bookings this may take some time, as we need to make each refund individually and in an orderly manner.
We will await the next update from the Government regarding holiday arrival dates after the 4th July. In the meantime there is no need to make any further payments towards your holiday with us, even if your balance payment is due.
This will not affect your booking at Perran Springs and we will be in touch nearer to your holiday arrival date when we know more.
We would like to thank all our guests for their patience and understanding whilst we continue through this pandemic. We hope the information above is useful to you.
Please stay safe, well, and protect the NHS. We look forward to welcoming you once again at Perran Springs when it is safe to do so.

Coronavirus Update – 12 noon 23/03/20
We hope you and your family are staying safe and keeping well and we thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.
We are following Government and Public Health England’s advice regarding holiday parks and keep up with daily updates from the 5pm Government press conferences and we are receiving emails from the UK Holiday Park’s advisory body.
As you are aware our park, Perran Springs, does not open until May 22nd for our usual summer season. As such, we are closed for the time being, as we do not accept any bookings for the forthcoming Easter holidays and the period up to 22nd May.
We still plan to open on May 22nd and we are currently working and preparing our family-run park to do so. If the situation changes and that date needs to change, we will update this page. Until that time our standard terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
We realise guests may have many questions regarding their summer holiday, but please bear with us, so we are able to keep you updated with further developments on our website www.perransprings.co.uk
and directly via email. If the situation changes we will be in touch with all guests who have holidays booked with us.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or sneeze, placing used tissues in the bin immediately.
Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
