1. Foil Packet BBQ Chicken & Veggies
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 25–30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Aluminium foil
Instructions:
- Chop veggies and chicken. Toss veggies in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
