Nature lovers will find Perran Springs a haven for wildlife.

Our Park provides a natural environment, for a variety of flora and fauna. Most of which, can be spotted from a peaceful walk along the grass pathways of gNat’s Nature Trail. You might even be lucky and see our local badger, fox, bats, kingfisher, barn owl and jay. A Nature Trail leaflet is available to download in the downloads section of this website, or in Reception whilst you are on holiday. Dogs / pets are allowed in the Lake Meadow but must be kept under control and on a short lead at all times.

Biodiversity is Best. The adjacent land to our park offers a wide range of habitats including open water, marshland, meadowland, hedgerows and a wooded area. Each provides for its’ own selection of species and is home to a variety of trees, plants, grasses, flowers, animals, insects and birds.

Dogs / Pets are allowed in the Lake Meadow but must be kept under control and on a short lead at all times. Dogs / Pets are not allowed in the lakes or pond.
