One tent or caravan, two persons, one attached awning and one vehicle is included in the pitch price. We only accept units up to 7.5m in length, with a maximum of 6 persons per pitch.

We offer a friendly and relaxing family camping holiday, providing the freedom to enjoy your own style of camping in Cornwall. Our well maintained campsite pitches are both generous and level, most with electric hook-up points (16amp) and views of the Cornish countryside.

There is plenty of space in which to enjoy a family BBQ, or to sit and relax in an idyllic setting, whilst reading a book.

Our camping pitch areas: Swift, Pheasant, Jay, Owl and Woodpecker are all within easy reach of our facilities. If you have a pitch preference, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Washing-up is made easier for all the family by the thoughtful positioning of 24hr dishwashing facilities with free hot water, complete with a drinking water tap and waste water disposal point, all within thirty metres of most camping pitches. The Wi-Fi Room also has an indoor dishwashing sink.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Perran Springs Holiday Park, and I honestly can’t praise it enough. The park is beautifully run — everywhere is so clean and tidy, with the toilets and showers kept in immaculate condition throughout our stay. The grounds are also really well maintained, and it makes such a difference to the overall experience.
The fishing lakes are absolutely lovely. They’re peaceful, well looked after, and provided endless entertainment for our children, who were so excited to spend time fishing. It’s such a safe and family-friendly environment, and it gave us all some really special memories together.

Just returned from another great stay at Perran Springs, our 10th time. Clean and tidy campsite the owners look after it well, the toilets and showers were kept clean, the showers were lovely and hot. Some great fishing on site, my son and brother highly recommend. Very pleased we can take the dog to the fishing lakes, so we can all be together as a family whilst son is fishing.

Just returned from another great stay at Perran Springs, our 10th time. Clean and tidy campsite the owners look after it well, the toilets and showers were kept clean, the showers were lovely and hot. Some great fishing on site, my son and brother highly recommend. Very pleased we can take the dog to the fishing lakes, so we can all be together as a family whilst son is fishing.

This is an amazing place, the people there are so friendly and caring. The place is very clean, and it's in a perfect place to visit Cornwall. It's within 30 minutes or closer, of everything interesting in Cornwall. Lots of space between pitches and washing up sinks were close by to each pitch which was very nice for washing up dishes, as not far to walk at all.
Nice hot showers, and they were kept very clean.
Lots of fields for the kids to play and nice walks to explore wildlife.
We traveled from abroad, but if visiting the UK again, we would stay here again for sure. Staff were very friendly and thank you for all your help and recommendations on where to visit.

An easy five stars for this lovely campsite. It isn't big, but pitches are nicely well spaced. Water points and sinks are dotted around the site and it's not far to go to fill up the kettle. We stayed on a grass pitch with electricity for five days and we were most impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets and showers. They were always clean, and we had no issues. A previous reviewer said the shop could be bigger and I would agree. However there is a Londis shop not far away (2 mins car drive). This is fishing on site but we didn't make any use of that (we don't fish). Staff very friendly and all in all a great site. Thanks for making our holiday!

This was our 4th visit to Perran Springs holiday camp and yet again we had a lovely welcome and stay on the site. We always managed to get a nice hot shower, and facilities were always kept clean. Site was immaculate as always and noise kept to a minimum after a certain time. We all enjoyed the walks around the lakes especially my daughter as she loves to feed the ducks. The only complaint we had was the weather but you just make the best of things. Would recommend this campsite to anyone great location and owners always had time to have a chat.
Lovely place. Well maintained simple clean and effective facilities in a calm and quiet setting, even with our children with us. Lovely place. Well maintained simple clean and effective facilities in a calm and quiet setting, even with our children with us. Even in the height of summer when traffic in Cornwall can be heavy the site managed to have a relaxed feel about. Didn't use the fishing lakes for fishing but they were lovely to walk around. Definitely a place to return to.
